So this is a bit of an odd experience. We have seen this chain in another city as well and wanted to give it a go. Since it looks very nice. It has its own vibe and the menus look promising. We were quite early at around 19 o clock and that was perhaps what caused this. The staff was really friendly and even tried their best to talk in English to my children and that says a lot for a restaurant in France. So only positive there. The food was sadly not that good. Perhaps because the restaurant was only open since 19 for dinner that the equipment was not warm enough yet. The food also came suspiciously fast for what we ordered. The fries were really soggy and full of grease. Which is usually a sign of the fryer not being on the correct temperature yet. The spareribs were okay, but looked a lot like spareribs from the supermarket. I had the cheeseburger and the burger itself was undercooked. The outside was brown and everything else was red. I know some people like it like this. But I would have preferred it if they asked me how I wanted it done. Now it comes off like it just wasn't ready yet. The desserts were good and also the smoothy we ordered was very nice. I don't know why it was like this as I am also reading a lot of positive reviews. But sadly it was underwhelming for us. The food is just terrible, greasy, not like the photos at all. The ‘famous’ fish and chips, could only be famous for how terrible they are! I had the ‘3 pigs’ not sure it was pig, just tasteless, we all felt ill after!
The only plus was the milk shakes, they were lovely. Didn’t stay for dessert as just wanted to get out of there but hopefully they would have been good?

Mais difficile de blâmer le service car juste une serveuse et une apprentie, ce n'est pas faisable d'assurer un service de qualité et efficace, d'ailleurs je tiens à souligner leur professionnalisme malgré les circonstances même si on sent qu'elles sont à deux doigts de vriller. Le plus surprenant, c'est la nonchalance totale du responsable de salle présent qui ne s'est pas enquis de comment s'est passé notre repas, présenter ses excuses sans sourire ou même donner un coup de main aux serveuses. Côté nourriture c'est bon mais sans plus. J'ai pris un cheesy bacon, je cherche encore le goût du bacon. Par contre, les sauces roquefort et barbecue étaient tops. Bref, nous ne reviendrons pas.
