It's a great vue sitting on the top of the highest building in the rightbank of Angers. The restaurant is now called Au Quai Des Saveurs. Direct access by lift either from an underground car park which was free (I don't know whether it is temporary, as you still need to take a ticket at the barrier) or from the street on the river front.
