Terrible experience! Very far from Italian restaurant! The guy with glasses ( the waiter) was very arrogant and not friendly with me from the beginning. I just asked to change my wine for another one as I didn’t like the taste of wine and he said me if u choose another it’s same. When I asked him to see the bottle, he said me we don’t show it in France how we put the wine. I said I’m from Paris and he said me: In Paris yes, but in Annecy we don’t fill from the bottle in front of the client. So he didn’t change my wine. Then I ordered the pizza and he said - Are u sure u like it? I said - yes, if it’s really Italian pizza, sure I would appreciate that. I’m sorry I came by taxi to your Italian restaurant because it was 4.9 in google and it’s not the service I deserve. The pizza arrived not in Italian pastry, very dry, not a lot of cheese. Very far from real Italian one. I was living in Italy and know well what is Italian pizza. Plus on the top of it over roasted. The view was on garbage to enjoy the smell during romantic dinner and...

We were visiting the Annecy area with our family of six when we found this restaurant and we stopped in to get reservations for the second dinner service… We had the best experience with wonderful staff and ownership was amazing. Food is perfect and the atmosphere is excellent so we ended up looking a second night in a row… Their gluten free options are celiac-safe and delicious. The staff spoke multiple languages and was very helpful… No question some of the best food we’ve...

Expérience très décevante chez Rita. Nous étions 5, venus simplement boire un verre, mais la serveuse nous a imposé de consommer de la nourriture sous peine de payer 10€ de couvert par personne. Soit. Nous avons donc commandé une entrée, deux desserts… mais là encore, refus catégorique : chacun devait obligatoirement commander un plat, sans que cela ne soit indiqué nulle part, ni à l’entrée, ni sur le menu.

Une collègue a pris deux pizzas à emporter, ce qui a également été refusé comme “consommation suffisante” pour rester à table. En revanche, lorsque j’ai commandé deux entrées à emporter, là, comme par hasard, ça passait. Où est la logique ?

Cerise sur le gâteau : deux boissons “offertes”, certes, mais servies avec des mouches dedans, à deux reprises ! Franchement, si c’est pour offrir ça, il vaut mieux ne rien offrir du tout. Et la focaccia que j’ai reçue était brûlée, alors que celle de ma collègue était parfaitement cuite. Deux poids, deux mesures.

Et surtout, tout le monde ne mange pas pareil ! Certaines personnes mangent peu, d’autres pas du tout, et il est tout à fait courant dans un vrai restaurant de partager un plat à deux. Mais ici, soi-disant parce que c’est un “restaurant”, on nous oblige à consommer un plat chacun. Franchement, c’est du grand n’importe quoi.

Aucun sens du service client, une politique absurde, une ambiance désagréable. On vous force à consommer sans aucune transparence.

Franchement à fuir. Il y a bien mieux...
