Scugnizzo — Restaurant in Annecy

Amazing food, great ambiance, and 2 very hardworking entrepreneurs. The drinks are awesome made with Italian soda, Italian vodka etc… the pizza OMG!!!! To die for, I’ve had a lot of pizzas in my life, but now you’re talking next level, from the dough to the fresh and once again Italian ingredients, this a recipe for success. Found this little gem during our last trip to Annecy and had to back to try more! The pizzas are top notch and full of flavor, as are the impeccable cocktails and delicious desserts! Excellente pizza avec une pâte pleine d’arômes, des ingrédients de qualité et une présentation visuelle au top. La pâte est très souple et moelleuse et les bords sont bien gonflés (mais pas croustillants). La pizza est généreuse et pour des petits estomac comme nous ventait bien assez copieux ; les parts restantes sont réparties dans une petite boîte :).

La carte des boissons est bien fournie mais pas complète, surtout pour les excellents soda italiens. N’hésitez pas à demander les goûts dont ils disposent (aranciata, grenada, chinoto, cedrata, ginger, ? ).

Le temps nous a paru un peu long (surtout quand on a très très faim et qu’on voit les pizzas des « copains » passer devant nous, mais l’organisation est bien faite, on ne vous oublie pas ! Pour uniquement 2 personnes à gérer la baraque, c’est au top !
