Yum — Restaurant in Antony

Hello! Please read my review if you want to know the full experience of being at this restaurant. Thank you very much! Firstly, the restaurant is not rlly busy which is good 👍 because our family has 7 people. Only 2-3 tables were occupied.

1. Service and Waiter When we went, there was only 1 person there. I would rate his service 4/10. When we asked him to recommend some food like we would usually do at any other restaurant, he simply said annoyingly that everyone has different flavours and taste buds. If we went to ANY other restaurant, the waiter would always recommend us something. If everyone had different taste buds, then why would we ask that question in the first place? When we asked him again, he simply said again annoyingly, which made our family a bit disappointed as we walked a long distance just to come to this restaurant. Looking at this point of the review, I would say service is not good, honestly (my opinion) The waiter speaks chinese so it was easier for us to communicate with each other ;) You can speak English with the waiters too, french I'm not so sure since I don't speak French 😅 Thus, service is 4/10

2. Menu I would rate this 3/10. Can we all agree that English is an international language? If you are expecting foreign customers, please have an extra menu in English. I understand that the restaurant is based in France, but what about the tourists? You can have a French AND chinese/english menu too! If other restaurants have it, then so can you. The restaurant ONLY has a french menu. And also, this is a chinese restaurant? All other chinese restaurants we've been to have a Chinese Menu. We could NOT even read it. Again, when we asked the same waiter about what the dishes were since we could not read a thing, he asked us to google translate. The audacity 😂😂 What is he there for? To help us right? He denied us annoyingly.

3. Price Price is very reasonable. I am satisfied and so is my family, so great job! 👍

4. Location Near a busy street with many shops. If you want to shop there, this restaurant is okay.

5. Food The food is okay.. Average. Noodles were SO bland. No flavour at all... Idk why they have such high ratings honestly 😂 maybe im just too honest 💀 Thats all. Thank you for reading. Hope they can...

Chinese food restaurant that did not live up to the high expectations in the district. Great settings with an unequal serving staff (one of the waiters saw us but didn't look at us). The menu offers some chinese OG dishes with a twist of unexpected flavor. While the effort is being dully appreciated, I can't praise much about the noodle dish: bland and meat at a homeopathic dosage. Starters (fried dumplings) were fine but a bit pricey. Je suis venu trois fois dans ce restaurant. On y mange très bien, rien à dire sur la qualité gustative mais ..... le service est d'une longueur affolante, j'ai rarement vu ça ailleurs ! Il faut le mériter son plan ! Rien que 20 minutes pour avoir une carafe d'eau à table, et parfois plus d'une heure d'attente pour un plat ! La dernière fois, 1h30 après avoir commandé, mon épouse et moi n'avions toujours pas eu nos plat principaux (les tables à côté de nous étaient dans la même situation). Nous sommes donc partis presque sans manger, direction les pâtes à la maison (servi en 10 minutes). Le serveur nous a dit qu'il manquait un cuisinier mais force est de constater que c'est un problème récurant. Et c'est surtout incompréhensible dans ce cadre de voir des commandes à emporter partir presque plus souvent que les plats qui sont servis en salle ! Pourquoi assurer de la livraison s'il n'y a déjà pas assez de personnel pour assurer un service d'un petit restaurant ? Le moindre mouvement venant de derrière le comptoir vous procure un faux espoir, c'est presque de la torture psychologique à ce stade, surtout quand l'entrée vous a juste ouvert l'appétit. Malheureusement je ne reviendrai plus, vraiment dommage parce que...
