Cela fait un moment que je passe régulièrement dans cette boulangerie, j'ai donc pu tester une bonne partie de leurs produits. Les pâtisseries ne sont pas d'une finesse exceptionnelle mais sont tout de même très bonnes, la partie salée est plutôt bien fournie mention spéciale pour leurs "burgers" qui sont en fait plutôt des bagnats, bien garnis en comparaison de certains concurrents non loin de là. Quant aux viennoiseries elles sont excellentes, de même que les gâteaux de voyage. Me reste à tester un peu plus le pain, mais leur tradition est tout à fait correcte. En ces temps difficiles où l'inflation nous touche tous, ils ont décidé de ne pas faire une croix sur la qualité quitte à légèrement augmenter leurs tarifs, plutôt que de choisir des ingrédients moins bons pour conserver un prix identique au détriment de la qualité. Arrêt imprévu pendant nos vacances, on aurait aimé s'arrêter ailleurs. Bon accueil, choix en vitrine et en boissons, terrasse avec vue sur les cabanes ostréicoles, pas de soucis. Parcontre les personnes dans leurs avis qui apprécient les sandwich, j'ai du mal à comprendre. Sandwich tex mex avec poulet reconstitué noyé dans la sauce avec tranches de tomate, je n'ai pas mangé la moitié. Salade "Caesar" également noyé dans la sauce avec 3 bouts de poulets reconstitué, à revoir. Pour les amateurs de café, il y a un distributeur à l'intérieur, mais pas goûté.
