Petit Fleur - Little Flower — Restaurant in Argelès-Gazost

Me and my family decided to have some coffee at the place this afternoon, but when we arrived we where not greeted or even acknowledged by any of the employees. We still sat down and scanned the QR code for the menu and a waiter came to ask us to order (it was more like demanding ), he was almost shouting at me and my parents (we all speak very little French), and had no respect or patience whatsoever to us. Since I haven’t decided what to get so I asked him what cold drinks they had and he didn’t bother to reply me but pointed at the menu then walked away. Few moments later I saw the same waiter talking to a group of French customers with an absolutely different attitude. Nobody deserves to be treated like this especially when we are the customers. This experience made our trip at Lourdes quite unsatisfying, and we definitely will not be coming back to this...

I do not like giving bad reviews. However I think this was one of the worse restaurant experiences I've had. The staff were nice enough, the location was good but the food was terrible. The was seven of us. One lasagne was still frozen, had to send it back, they just put in Microwave and gave same one back, one omelette undercooked, had to send it back., 2 portions of fries cold, didn't even eat them. The menu looks great, the food was awful. Oh and a spider in a salad We called the waiter over and he just took the lettuce leaf from us. It was very hard to pay this...

One of the many highlights of visiting Lourdes is spending time enjoying the food, drink and company of friends at 'The Flower'. The staff are also one of the main reasons why I continually return to it. Each of them are exceptionally welcoming, efficient, and extraordinarily hilarious being blessed with a great sense of humor. For some 20 years I have enjoyed The Little Flower ☘ I'm so looking forward to my next visit. So stock up on the Chimay!
