This is the best café in Saint Rémy! My friend and I came in here every day that we could. Not only are the iced coffees and matchas unmatched but the atmosphere and vibe are galactically awesome. Pierre and his sister, Pauline, are such welcoming hosts. They have a warm smile and kind word for every person that walks through their doors. We met many other visitors and locals while at Colette. In all honesty, our visit to Saint Rémy would not have been as great as it was without this community-creating café. A+, 5 stars, 10/10, etc. would definitely recommend and visit again! Thank you, Pierre and Pauline, we loved spending time at your café - it really was the best part...

I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the coffee joint Colette Café in Saint-Rémy de Provence, France.

Great coffee spot with an excellent selection of brews, perfect for a break along the main street. There are several nice outdoor seating areas where you can relax and enjoy your coffee while watching the world go by.

They also offer a selection of sweets and savory options, which I didn’t try this time—but they looked quite good and well-presented. All in all, a place I’d definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a quality...

My husband Miró recently visited Saint-Rémy and told me about a wonderful coffee shop he had found the first day he arrived. It quickly became his favorite place to visit. Super friendly owner and staff! We own a coffee shop in Pagosa Springs, Colorado and love to support other family owned establishments. My husband brought me back some of their coffee and I can truly say it is the smoothest, tastiest, coffee we've had outside of our own shop! I will definitely visit the next time my husband is there...
