The team are young , friendly and personable, the owner has his finger on the pulse
The restaurant was fully booked which seems to be normal and of course a very good sign
As the restaurant name indicates the core of their menu is Egg and Chicken .
We both had the Filet de Poulet Lard Et Sauce, the wine recommendation from Le Dame Jeanne our favourite wine bar in Arras
This filet de Poulet was a well cooked light and delicate main course , we followed up with dessert.

The service was very kind and friendly. They let me order half of an entree because I wanted to try more of their appetizers and desserts. They also expedited some of my food so that I could catch my train. They really seemed to enjoy how much I liked their food.
