Café Leffe Rueil-Malmaison — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

The food is good alright but we were rudely shouted at by the waiter and referred to us as children. It was very embarrassing as our whole class was there with two of our professors. You need to learn how to treat customers.

There are ways to treat customers. You can quietly ask them to leave not shouting on them. You should try opening business in other countries and see how it will close before it starts. Also that was the first time our class was there. Maybe another group is students are the one you are talking about.

Your reply also show that you justify shouting on your customer. Last thing, it is a bar not a restaurant. Noise is expected, yes you can ask a group to quiet down if they make much noise but if they don't, you can quietly beg them to be quiet.

Also, if you think students are like that, then please tell them you can't have them. Don't take the money and be rude. When you have up to 10 group coming to your bar, know there will be noise.

The worst place to go and have fun with friends. I went there with some friends on a Friday night, there were people watching football and screaming it was not full but with a few people. With my friends, We were drinking and eating but in the middle of that the manager came and in a rude way he said shut up! Then he came again and with loud voice he told us “ this is not a kinder-garden, so leave this place”

We were expending our money there and they treated us without respect. We went to pay and they have charged us with extra things.

Definitely, don’t go there if you want to have good time with your friends. The manager and the people over there don’t know how to...

Dîner avec mon fils au Leffe placé en plein cœur du centre-ville historique de Rueil-Malmaison. Dès l’arrivée, le lieu est dépaysant car situé sur une jolie petite place où l’on se croirait en vacances. Le restaurant possède une vaste terrasse animés par de la musique. Avant de rentrer dans le restaurant, une jolie verrière, avec table et coin cocooning canapé pour prendre un verre à deux ou entre amis. L’accueil est agréable et l’intérieur est chaleureux et fraîchement refait. Au premier étage, une vaste salle en mezzanine peut encore accueillir du monde. La carte offre un vaste choix de tapasses en petite ou grande portion à partager ou pas😉. Le personnel est réactif et très sollicité car il y a beaucoup de monde dans ce lieu réputé et festif, surtout le vendredi et le samedi soir. Les plats ne sont pas faits maison, mais la qualité y est. Mon fils y va souvent pour manger de beaux morceaux de viande comme l’entrecôte. Moi, j’ai dégusté une excellente flammekueche chèvre et miel avec de la crème fraîche. Si vous souhaitez passer un moment en amoureux, le lieu est peut-être un peu bruyant car il est possible de suivre des évènements sportifs retransmis sur deux grands écrans plasma. En revanche ce restaurant est idéal pour des repas familiaux ou entre amis. J’y ai passé un très bon moment et ai très bien mangé. Les plats sont bien servis, bien présentés et généreux.
