Came here for brunch before heading to the airport and the food was really good. We could tell that our server was kind of avoiding us though because we didn't speak the most fluent French - we certainly did try but he must've gotten impatient with us because he served a few different tables who arrived after us and it was hard to track him down for anything. We could've finished relatively quickly but we were at the restaurant much longer than we wanted to be because our server didn't want to try to engage with us. Because of the quickness with how he wanted to get our order and leave, part of it didn't come out as we intended which was the Atlantic. A person in my group was only trying to order potatoes, eggs, and a side of bacon but somehow it turned into the Atlantic minus the salad - it wasn't bad because the Comte cheese was really good but it actually probably would've been better as a salad! All in all, that's probably just a communication error but it's hard to avoid the fact that our server didn't really want to interact with us even when we tried to clarify with Google translate. We also ordered the Nutella Pancakes which tasted amazing though, they were super soft and fluffy. I also ordered the Sicily Crêpe and it was really good and fresh, the crêpe and the mushrooms were cooked perfectly (the mushrooms in particular weren't too soft). I did enjoy my food and the restaurant itself had a nice aesthetic but the service really did put a damper on my experience. I suppose keep that in mind when visiting if your French isn't exactly the best.

Je suis venu dîner le 04/10 à 19h30. Un serveur très sympathique nous a installé à une table. La température était de 17degré a l’extérieur et les portes étaient ouvertes. J’ai donc demandé à les fermer car j’étais en plein courant d’air. La dame blonde qui doit être la manager a fermé l’une sur les deux et m’a dit pendant que j’avais la bouche pleine qu elle avait fait un mi ouvert. La température étant passé à 16 degré et l’une des grandes porte étant ouverte je remets ma veste et le serveur très gentil propose de fermer la deuxième porte que la manager a refusé. Elle a dit que j’étais souffrant et nous a déménagé de table pour que j’ai moins froid. C’était raté…Je lui fais donc remarque qu’une dame avait son manteau sur le dos. De ce pas elle va la voir pour lui demander si elle a froid car je me plaignais de la température ce que je trouve déjà pas très professionnel… Je fais donc remarqué au serveur que j’avais tjs froid. La manager ne voulait rien savoir. Elle m’encaisse et me demande si je veux le ticket de reçu je lui répond non… elle me rétorque je vous montre que j’appuie sur refus ce que je ne comprends pas et lui répond que je lui fais confiance et que j’aurais préféré qu’elle ferme la porte . Elle me répond qu’on lui a demandé de laisser les portes ouvertes à cause du covid.j’ai donc stoppé court à la conversation face à ce manque de respect. Une dame avait un foulard à son cou en partant et la dame avait toujours son manteau sur le dos. Madame, vous ne pourrez pas contredire que vous avez refusé à 3 reprises de fermer la porte directement ou en donnant la consigne à votre serveur. Vous ne pourrez pas nier que la température extérieure était de 16 degré. Vous auriez pu dire au revoir par ailleurs.. Personne ne vous a demandé de laisser la porte ouverte aucune autorité ni même l’ARS… vous avez privilégié votre bien être personnelle car vous semblez avoir peur des virus. Je vous invite Madame à changer de métier. Mes voisins m’avaient déjà parlé de votre familiarité et qu’on ne pouvait rien vous dire. Je confirme ! Dommage car la nourriture est bonne et le serveur de ce soir très sympa comme les autres que je n’ai jamais revu… Ps attention, les nombreux avis datent de l’ancienne direction qui était adorable et aux petits soins pour...

On y est allée à 3 ce midi, et lorsque nous avons vu qu'à l'extérieur il n'y avait plus de place a l'ombre on est entré pour y être placé à l'intérieur, le serveur (un grand, cheveux poivre et sel avec un léger accent) avec des regards déplaisant veut nous mettre sur une minuscule table ronde pour 3 personnes nous avons alors demandé une place de 4 car c'était 2 petites tables carrés pour tout simplement manger confortablement et convenablement mais le serveur était hautain, au lieu de faire plaisir au client, il nous a quand même installé sur la table qu'on a voulu mais pas gentiment (comme si on avait demandé la lune) et a commencé à vouloir faire un speech explicatif, à haute voix sur "pourquoi il voulait nous installer sur une table de 3" alors qu'il n'y a pas lieu d'agir de la sorte, on lui a fait remarquer que dehors il y avait des couples et aussi une dame seule sur une table de 4 donc pourquoi argumenter ? De plus il y avait énormément de places disponibles à l'interieur ce n'est pas comme ci c'était bondé de monde ! Il n'était pas sympa ni serviable nous sommes partis avant même de commander et nous n'allons pas revenir à cause de ce serveur incompétent, un comportement désagréable et irrespectueux envers la clientèle en plus de rire à haute voix avec ses collègues, bref pas de sourire ni de serviabilité la base dans ce métier, ça ne donne pas du tout envie... On y était allés une fois auparavant et ce même serveur avait des regards gênants envers moi alors que j'étais avec mon mari, en plus de réagir bizarrement quand on lui parle poliment et on a trouvé ça cher dailleurs pour ce que c'est, ils ont perdu des clients surtout qu'on avait déjà remarqué que les clients "habituels" étaient traités avec beaucoup plus d'attention et servi par le patron... je n'ai jamais vu un restaurant qui sert aussi mal et traite aussi mal...
