Mimma — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

You just don't go there to have food, Mimma is an absolutely amazing Italian cuisine experience!!

You will go there and you will have a very grateful experience. The place, as you arrive, will be greatly welcoming by it looks, giving you the most cozy and warm vibes, just like if you were at home but with a great visual taste that made me feel the most comfortable while having my dinner there.

The staff showed the most diligent performance as we arrived accommodating us nicely. Handed us the menu and gave us great advice on what to eat and drink. This was an absolut convenience since many times I go to a restaurant I actually don't know what to choose from the menu. The Mimma crew showed that they know well their stuff and as you can guess, the food was delicious.

We had a tasteful and fulfilling variety of food, totally standard out (you can't miss the black ink tagliatelle and the aubergine millefoglie!!), and then accompanied with a bottle of nice red wine from their vast selection.

Totally worth spending our time there. We stayed until 23.00 and never really got bored of the place. Going to Mimma is a full evening hang...

Arrivé au restaurant et installé à 12h23 Prise de commande 12h45 Arrivé de nos plats à 13h10 Heure de départ à 13h39.

(A savoir temps de 1h de pause déjeuner en incluant 10 min aller - 10 retour.)

Je pensais que la réservation était un gage de service en temps et en heure.

A 13h05 agacé d'attendre, (longue attente) , en voyant les grandes tablés servis avant nous alors qu'ils sont arrivés bien après nous, je vais voir la serveuse , je lui demande si c'est normal que se soit si long ?? Elle me répond "il y a du monde Madame" sur un ton hautain, j'ai clairement vu rouge 😡, je lui demande comment il est possible que des personnes arrivées apres nous soit déjà servis?!

13h10 les plats arrivent, 3 pizzas et 1 salade (photo jointe). Mes collègues et moi commençons le repas et dans ma salade Surprise Surprise.

Je décide de ne pas aller plus loin dans la consommation du plat. À la fin du repas le serveur qui nous a installées, ce permet de vouloir me faire la morale sur mon savoir vivre ALORS QUE C'EST LEURS ATTITUDES qui a engendré ce problème, je ne peux qu'en rire, alors que c'est l'équipe entière qui a créé toute cette fâcheuse situation depuis notre arrivée.

15 ans de restauration et j'ai toujours mis un point d'honneur à respecter la clientèle qui paye pour un service, les prix sont tout de même élevés. Si le réflexe avait juste été de me répondre "nous sommes désolé on fait le nécessaire" cela aurait pris fin.

L'erreur est humaine mais...

Je ne vous dirai pas de ne pas y mettre les pieds mais vivement de faire attention à la façon d'être reçu.

On paye un service autant que ce qu'il y a...

We just got out of the restaurant 15 minutes ago but was very very bad experience. The stake was very bad and can not even cut . Also the Fettuccine was with too much flavors and just in the middle of our eating. We saw mouse running between the tables. We told the waiter he said sorry. After what . They should not let us pay the bill and they did not offer any thing. We did not eat our food and we pay 101 €. My fault that I did not take a photo for the mouse. Really I feel bad and hope will not be ill cause of the food. They must take care of...
