Je fréquente l’établissement à différents moments de l’année et depuis des années. 5 étoiles pour chaque fois que je suis allée à l’intérieur. J’aime le décor rustique avec les vieilles affiches. 1 étoile pour mon dernier passage assise en terrasse en octobre. La serveuse quitte une terrasse, nous on s’installe. Et plus rien. 30 minutes passent, je décide d’entrer pour passer ma commande et je leur signale que j’attends dehors depuis longtemps et là on m’informe que les commandes c’est au bar et qu’il y a une pancarte. La patronne sort me montrer où est la pancarte. Celle-ci est tout simplement invisible pour qui arrive de la basilique ou de la porte neuve. Avant de partir, je signale que la pancarte n’était pas visible. La patronne me dit que les gens partent sans être servi, c’est pas grave car elles ne sont que 2. Aucune n’est sortie pour dire de rentrer pour commander. La jeune serveuse a subit mon mécontentement pour une pancarte mal placée. Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié le dédain de la patronne pour ces clients. Le Vézelien est une institution à Vézelay et je trouve dommage de donner...

Awful welcome . Very rude people.just ask if we can eat lunch for 3, they almost kick us out and were so disrespectful because we are tourist. They also had bunch of people at the counter drinking and locking the exit without moving. I had to force shoulder to find my way. Found a nicer place walking up the street...
