I initially had pleasant experiences at this restaurant, but unfortunately, my most recent visit did not live up to those expectations.
I ordered a dish that was served to me within approximately three minutes, which immediately raised concerns about its freshness and whether it had been prepared à la minute. When I expressed my doubts and sent the dish back, it was returned to me simply reheated—clearly from a microwave—which is disappointing for a sit-down dining experience.
Additionally, I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. A warm, welcoming attitude is fundamental in hospitality, and I felt that the staff lacked engagement and enthusiasm. A smile and a genuine sense of hospitality can go a long way in making guests feel valued. After all, it is the customers who support the business.
I truly hope management takes this feedback constructively, as the restaurant has potential, but consistency and guest experience are key to...
Read moreAvoid avoid avoid. Highly undertrained staff, lazily prepared food, and long waiting times. I can’t believe it even has 4.2 stars.
Edit since you’d like more info. For a €38 charcuterie board I would expect a bit more than some sloppily put together meats and 5 mediocre cheeses. We weren’t given any plates when we were served, due to poorly trained staff (I don’t want to blame the waiters, just the management) Shrimp risotto was just a tasteless rice porridge poured over with a fish concentrate (shrimps we’re good though). The linguine alle vongole was dry, bland, and had absolutely no mussels. The veal (although it was cooked well and had good color) was tough and inedible. And finally the fruit salad was straight from a can and even had the canned syrup that it comes with. For all of this pathetic food we paid €180, this is why you should avoid this place...
Read moreWe went here on the French Revolution day, this year there was a big bush fire near by so the sky was dark and even ash fell down. We sat outside, nice seating area but the door was unprofessionally held open by a fire extinguisher. It felt two times :). The service was friendly, good in English and always kind. The food was sooo delicious, we really recommend the tuna Tatar (starter and main), which had a fantastic dressing. The whole combination with the toppings and nuts was fantastic. For the main courses we had the salat with the bruscetta, pasta (too much cream for our taste), the beef Tatar and one burger. The burger was just perfect, nice bun and good beef quality. There could have been a bit side salat. For my mother the beef Tatar was missing some spice and her salat was too oily.
To summarise the food was very good and we...
