Excellent and cozy vibe with chilling music and warm lights on. Extraordinary recipes with high-quality materials, creative food and flavor pairings, and, extremely reasonable price!!!

Btw, the restaurant owner couple is very humble and dedicated. They didn’t even go and support Italy for the Euro Cup last night🤣 So my husband and I went to watch the match and came back to the restaurant to say congrats to them as Italy got to the next round🎉

The host is very good at presenting. He will tell the origin, practice, and flavor of each dish very gently. The hostess will prepare the dishes which are 100% handmade.

Anyway, we don’t understand why they are not shown as the first restaurant while searching on Google, even they scored the highest here. However, they absolutely deserve 5 stars, more applauses and more accomplishments!

We are Americans in a French city and we’re not informed from the get-go that they only take cash. A sign informed “cash only” on the door, but this was only listed in French and not English, so we had no way of understanding. We also were not given a menu. We shared with them that we enjoy meat. Never saw a menu, took the waiters recommendation and paid over €60 for a bottle of wine, a tortilla filled with onions and a second sandwich, which is what I would call it, which did have some prosciutto and broccoli in it. Started off great because we had never been to a restaurant that ordered for us, but ended up disappointed in what we got for €70. Trying to be a bit considerate for their American customers would have been nice, their were two sets of us in the restaurant, the same night, and neither were informed of their policies. Thank you...

It might've been one of the best and exciting coincidence that we ended up in that little lovely restaurant in a cold January night on a quick stop in Avignon. We didn't know that we got into a Piadina restaurant or hadn't even heard of Piadina before - so we were quite surprised and excited to get our first Piadinas and all the stories about it. We had an amazing time and an unforgettable night at Pierre's and Maria-Luisa's restaurant. All the food has the best quality and is made with love. On your stay in Avignon you have to go there...
