It is unfortunate. The quality of the restaurant is extremely pathetic. There is only one skilled waiter, while the rest of the waiters are amateurs that have no training whatsoever. For a restaurant at a prime location you expect the food to be good, but you are presented with below-average food and service.

The burger I ordered is no different from a fast-food burger. The buns were not toasted, the meat wasn't even cooked through. The fries were reheated from the day before, inedible. Pizza dough was very hard to chew and hard to finish. The proportion of ingredients and dough is inconsistent.

Restaurant service is barely existent, there's no waiters keeping an eye on tables, if they need water refilled or if someone spilled something or if a customer needs attention. I've seen many customers having to walk personally to the waiter to ask for something. One of the waitress had no idea how to open a bottle of wine and the customer had to open it themselves.

In terms of restaurant cleanliness, the tables are cleaned anyhow, tablecloth was not disinfected and changed regularly. Waiters just sweep everything off the table. One of the waiters dropped the shrimps, out of 7-8 waiters/waitresses, none of them came to clean it up during the entire 2 hours of our time eating there.

There are plenty of other restaurants around that serve better food. Don't waste your money and time coming here, especially if you have high expectations.

Made a reservation for 9 people , specifically as liking for beachside seating…upon our arrival, they proceeded to seat us on the very noisy terrasse, after insisting to be moved, staff arguing in front of us, it took almost an hour to just order our aperitif and be served. After finally ordering our food, waited almost an hour and food was cold, undercooked and no seasoning whatsoever. Moules frite was cold, no sauce and after sending it back twice, just canceled the order. Bacon on burger raw and gambas like rubber with no taste. Portions very small, fish so small was finished after 4 bites. Terrible experience and unbelievable for the prices. Avoid at all cost Only plus was our waitress, Fa Fa, who did her very best to make our evening enjoyable...

Une vraie déception, je ne recommande absolument pas !

Nous avons vécu une expérience catastrophique dans ce restaurant. Le temps d’attente était interminable, alors que la salle et la terrasse étaient loin d’être pleines. Plus de 45 minutes pour des plats sans saveur et sans aucun intérêt.

Le service aurait pu être acceptable si la personne qui nous a servis avait eu un minimum de connaissances du métier et de la carte. Elle ne savait même pas si les plats étaient faits maison ni d’où provenaient les produits. Aucune maîtrise, aucune implication, et surtout aucune envie de bien faire. À chaque question, on avait l’impression d’être un poids plus qu’un client.

Côté hygiène, ce n’était pas mieux. Les tables en terrasse, surtout près des canapés, étaient très sales, et malgré cela, les verres ont été posés directement dessus, sans même un coup d’éponge. Un manque flagrant de propreté et de professionnalisme.

Concernant la cuisine, rien ne semblait frais. Les plats avaient le goût du réchauffé industriel, très loin du “fait maison” vanté sur la carte. Et le personnel ne s’en cachait même pas, nous pouvons facilement deviner une cuisine d’assemblage. Le summum : des moules importées d’Espagne, alors que nous sommes à environ 15km de l’étang de Thau ! Même si ce n’est pas encore la pleine saison des moules, c’est inacceptable dans une région aussi riche en produits locaux. Les plats manquaient cruellement de goût – le chef ferait bien de revoir les bases de la cuisine traditionnelle.

Les boissons sans alcool étaient hors de prix pour ce qu’elles étaient : beaucoup trop sucrées, sans finesse ni équilibre, on aurait dit un cocktail préparé par un enfant de 8 ans.

Nous tenons à préciser que le cadre côté bord de mer reste agréable, mais côté office et plonge, entièrement visible depuis la salle, la propreté laissait franchement à désirer. Ça casse complètement l’ambiance.

Bref, une adresse à éviter. Cadre trompeur, service médiocre, hygiène douteuse, plats insipides et boissons sans intérêt. Passez votre chemin, il y a bien mieux ailleurs pour le même prix –...
