My husband and I ate here . It was so disappointing. Our food arrived after one hour. My meal arrived cold and burnt. I returned it as it was inedible. Four other customers returned their meal. Mine was fish. Their meal was Pasta and a steak I was assured I would have a fresh meal soon. It came after half an hour. It was OK.but my husband had finished his meal when I got mine. When I went to counter to complain about food and service-all the staff were arguing. The serving staff were overwhelmed by the complaints from customers .People complained about the long wait and the quality of the food It was the last night of my holiday and I was disappointed..I asked for a discount and I was initially offered 1.49 e .I refused this and I got a greater discount. The waiter was so nice but food i think the kitchen chef was in his/her bad day, sea food soup the worth i ate in my life, so spisy that not for human use, we sent it back and after that we got confirmed by the waiter that they are sorry because something went wrong with the soup to be so spisy like that, fries was row, you can see it was fried not in heated oil, finished we paid for 1 soup and main dishes instead of 2 soups as my wife couldn't touch the soup after 1 spoon, for me I had to add water to it to be able to eat half of it , waiter offer us complimentary tea and coffee, at the end service is nice but kitchen need a lot...

Ci siamo fermati a cenare in questo locale, in quattro. Premessa siamo italiani e non parliamo francese, ma abbiamo un’ottima conoscenza dell’inglese. È quasi impossibile trovare qualcuno che lo capisca e/o lo parli, quindi decidiamo di indicare con il dito, a turno, i piatti scelti da ognuno. Tralasciamo il servizio in generale che di certo non è la cosa più scandalosa. Tra i secondi piatti ci portano un piatto in più, che non avevamo ordinato, lo facciamo presente al cameriere e ci rimprovera dicendo di aver ripetuto l’ordine tre volte. Lo aveva ripetuto una volta, velocemente ed in francese, comunque sbagliare a prendere un ordine indicato con le dita è veramente imbarazzante. Comunque ci lascia il piatto sul tavolo, lasciando intendere che avremmo dovuto mangiarlo e pagarlo. Alla fine della cena, prima che portassero via il piatto in piu (che non avevamo toccato) ho chiesto del titolare. Ci hanno mandato un ragazzino (evidentemente l’unico che se la cavasse in inglese) che ci ha detto che lo avrebbe rimosso dal conto. Arrivati alla cassa, non solo pretendevano di farcelo pagare (237€ di conto, 32€ valore del piatto da stornare, già mi sentirei poveraccio cosi) ma hanno anche osato accusarci di aver cambiato idea solo perché dopo aver finito gli antipasti abbiamo aggiunto all’ordine dei secondi una tartare di manzo (1 tra noi 4 non ha mai mangiato pesce nella sua vita e dopo la prima portata aveva ancora fame). Dopo tutto il cinema fatto per toglierci quel piatto dal conto siamo anche stati insultati in quanto italiani, stranieri, che non sapevano la lingua da un loro cliente, che mi ha addirittura pregata di non paragonare l’italia alla francia. Non mi aspettavo una francia razzista dei tempi delle colonie. Che vergogna!...
