This husband and wife team have created the incredibly wonderful restaurant in the Caribbean! The food is outstanding and unique. More on the French side and less the usual island plates. Je recommande à 3000% ce petit resto fort mignon , bien décoré, un accueil vraiment chaleureux et dans la bonne humeur. Le chatrou au chorizo avec les petites pommes de terre persillées était original , divin , à tomber par terre (je n’ai même pas eu le temps de prendre mon plat en photo oups 🤤). La brioche perdue en dessert, recouverte de caramel laitier était succulente également (je n’ai jamais mangé de brioche perdue aussi bonne) ! Nous nous sommes régalés, nous reviendrons sans tarder !!

Édit: nous sommes revenus une semaine après , toujours le même accueil très chaleureux. J’étais tentée par la tartiflette mais n’ayant pas droit au fromage au lait pasteurisé c’est tout naturellement et gentiment que le patron m’a proposé de me faire une tartiflette avec du fromage au lait pasteurisé : du maroilles.
