Together with my family, we went to "La Tuna" restaurant hoping to get a table for the evening. We didn't have a reservation, and they couldn't accommodate us. They recommended us to go to Oganik (same owner), and get a pizza there. As we were quite hungry, and very close to that place, we decided to go to the Oganik. We ordered 2 pizzas to go, and we were told that it's going to be a 15-20 minutes waiting time (there were 3 orders in front of us). So, to kill some time I asked for 2 glasses of wine. We never got them. Also, we waited for 20 minutes, but we had no confirmation about our pizza. After waiting for approximately 40 minutes, we asked about our pizzas (which we already payed for). It looks like everything was finished on time, but nobody did bother to let us know they were ready. We finally picked them up, drove to our accommodation (3 minutes from Oganik), and tried to eat them, but they were cold. We didn't have access to a microwave to warm them up, so we had to throw them away, as cold pizza is not good. So, for us, Oganik was a waste of time an money. I cannot comment about the pizza, as I didn't eat it, but the service was terrible. Until now, I never gave bad reviews, but this time I couldn't ignore the service, as it ruined our last night in Guadeloupe. We will come back to Guadeloupe, but I will avoid the Òganik place, and I wouldn't recommend...

The entrees are great too - the remarkable thing is this young waitress finishes all the entrees too. The kitchen is open - all the chicken, ribs, ham knuckles, pasta are already prepared - she finishes them in a flash heating oven and brings them to the table in minutes - and they were DELICIOUS! The woman behind the desk said "we can make it ready for your in 10 minutes" and the pizza chef joked "well, I can make it ready in ten minutes".
