   Read moreThis place is fantastic. I stumbled upon it as I was exploring the Citadelle. One way up is the elevator from the port level. Then a short spiral staircase et Voila! Staff was super. They were kind about our lack of French language skills. Seated us alfresco on a beautiful night. The maitre d works really hard to accommodate all the guests.
