Fantastic restaurant! Does a bit of everything (wide menu for France, bar, souvenir shop, take away vans, creperie), but somehow still does it well! Think there were around 5 staff members when we visited. Quite busy for a Tuesday lunchtime, I'd think, and the staff never seemed to stop! Serving, clearing, seating, taking orders! They were rushed off their feet, but never made us feel rushed, or like we were an inconvenience! Most of the staff spoke brilliant English! One or two never, which is absolutely not a problem to me at all(!!). They were still patient and friendly. My daughter had chicken supreme with fries, and a chocolate dessert. I had Salade Normande with strawberries and cream dessert. Chicken was, apparently, cooked to perfection. Salad was brilliant, and my first experiences of camembert and of prosciutto!! Quite expensive-seeming, but the portions are HUGE!!! If we'd seen the mains first, we probably wouldn't have ordered dessert as we struggled to eat it all!!! All in all, a beautiful place with incredibly patient and friendly staff, with a beautiful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!!

So... we came in as tour group, I assume this happens often as they have set menu. We got our seats and shortly after we were asked what beverages we wanted, everything we quick, they brought out the salads which was surprisingly good, this is where it declined... as the waiter was clearing the salad plates he proceeded to removed the food from the plates to stack them with his thumb no further than 1 foot from my face, as I was waiting in line for tye restroom, he came back out with the entree, not entirely sure he washed his hands but I witnessed him do this with several plates and their were 36 of us... he placed my plate on my table and although I witnessed him do this the food was good but I had that replaying in the back of my head the whole time I ate my food. I added pictures of the salad, the chicken and fries dish and the dessert.

Wow. A friendly restaurant that bore with my limited French. Gave us 2 sea view seats. Brilliant customer service. The manager said they were understaffed but that aside the food was not under whelming. Clean tidy and a bubbly atmosphere and queues to sit. We got there at 650pm no queue... Starting with a beer and wife a coke sans sucre. 💯 needed as the sun beat down. I went for the squid rings and tarte sauce. (Boy that could have been a main) and wife Cambert on toast with a salad. I feel I won that round. The mains of Mousle and Frittes arrived in two huge pots. Sure if you just put muscles on a plate it wouldn't look much. But the experience is always the challenge. At this point our eyes were as big as our belly. Delicious and fantastic restaurant. This would be the restaurant we would come back to any day.

Over priced. Poor choice, dishes not as advertised. Advertises grilled fish, grilled meat, seafood, salads. No grilled meat unless you include a burger! Only 1 salad option. Booked by telephone and asked if a gluten free diet and a vegetarian one could be accommodated ( out of 6 people 1 is vegetarian and 2 require a gluten free diet) Was told that there were vegetarian options, turned out there was 1 - a veggie burger as the only salad on menu contained bacon which could not be taken out. I was told that the menu items were gluten free apart from the sauces - this was not true. The only main course options were chicken without the sauce and fries - so just a piece of chicken, mussels without the chips and bread, so just mussels or pollock & mashed potato without the sauce. This option turned out to be very dry. The menu option for the pollock was a very small piece of pollock, a couple of spoons of mashed potato and a small quantity of lemon cream sauce - no vegetables for €19 - very overpriced although it tasted ok. There were no gluten free starters, and the only gluten free dessert was apple sorbet. The other desserts were also overpriced - a small piece of brioche, a little bit of sauce and 1 scoop of ice cream €8. I wish that they had been honest when I telephoned to ask. If they had of been I would have thanked them for the information but would not have booked. I had booked this for myself, my partner and 4 other family members. It was embarrassing! We also had to ask 3 times for the coffee that we had ordered that did not arrive. Therefore I do...

The food is great but the service is not the best. We were seated at a table that is not advantage to us, the waitress can easily overlook at us. We have to call for many times in order to get the attention, even after many times of “calling” the waitress come to us with a smile face but then complain in french!! She even complain about us to the other guests that sat at other table!! NOT ACCEPTABLE and RUDE!! This is not accepted as a service, and a discrimination as a non french-speaking guests!! We just want to said we are ready for the dessert that comes with the kids meal, and my kids already knew what they want, even so, the waitress didn’t want to take the order and told us to wait again!! For the waitress a “15 minutes” calling just for our ice cream that comes with kids meal, is not a waiting time!! Even the guests that came 30 minutes after us for lunch was already finished and paid, juat because they got a better table!!! The service still have space...
