The server is utterly rude. We ordered for take out..It’s raining hard and the wind is strong so we didn’t want the box to be soaking wet when we get home. Perhaps they have a plastic for take away orders when it’s raining, so thought to ask for one..Instead of just responding with a nice « we don’t have it sorry » he answered so rudely which is unacceptable to be behaving like this as a server TO A PAYING CUSTOMER. I don’t need a hostile sarcastic remark from my server telling me the place is not a supermarket so I shouldn’t be asking for a plastic. OTHER RESTAURANTS INDEED HAVE PLASTIC FOR TAKE OUT. This question is not weird! So rude, while we paid 16€ for this very bad pizza that indeed tasted like it’s from a frozen pizza bought in the supermarket. So yes sir you server, your place is indeed an Intermarché by the taste and quality of your pizza. The decor is very stuck in the 80’s-90’s, in the beginning we thought the place had a corny retro charm for families to enjoy pizza at but with the food quality, unreasonable pricing and bad service, the lame charm the place could have held on to...

Overall really good food, it's a cozy, family oriented destination... Don't expect too much from the inside decoration, it's an authentic Portuguese design. The Majestic Pizza is a good one, the lasagnas are good too and my mother loved the fish soup they serve. You can really feel the freshness of the salads. I noted that the chef puts a lot of care and love into his dishes, you can really see the authenticity of this great homemade food ! The Nutella/Chantilly crêpe I ordered was one of the best crepes I've ever had by far, it was magical. At the end of the meal, the kids got lollipops, a really nice touch in my opinion ! My overall service experience was alright, the waitress was ok, not great, and we waited a little for certain things, but nothing bad at all. Regarding the price, It's not an expensive place by any means but not the affordable typical basic restaurant either. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends...

Hyper déçue ! À la base , j'adore ce restaurant, j'y vais depuis toute petite avec ma maman ... J'ai voulu faire découvrir cet établissement à mon homme ce soir et je suis hyper dégoûtée... On a attendu 1h30 (sans exagération) avant d'être servi ... Affreux.... La jeune serveuse était extrêmement désagréable (sûrement saoulé par le service mais ça ne justifie pas ce comportement...(je suis une ancienne serveuse et je n'ai jamais fais ça...) .) Mon homme a par erreur cassé un verre au tout début du service (à mes pieds ) et les bouts de verre n'ont jamais été balayé( on les a pourtant bien informé qu'on avait cassé le verre , le patron est même venu nous changé le verre, mais absolument aucun balayage...une véritable honte..) J'ai piétiné des morceaux de verre toute la soirée (j'ai des coupures partout sur mes pieds ). La nourriture n'était pas aussi bonne que d'habitude, extrêmement décevant... Pour qu'au final la patronne elle-même nous dise à la fin : " Pardon pour l'attente, attendez moi à votre table , j'arrive " On a attendu 15 minutes (alors que je pense avoir déjà bien assez attendu comme ça) ,elle n'est jamais arrivée (précisons qu'on été les derniers dans le restaurant). Il vallait mieux rien dire à ce moment là , elle a juste enfoncée son cas ... Pourtant je suis la première à dire qu'il font parti des meilleurs...et bien pour la peine je vais changer de discours... Et cerise sur le gâteau : Encore une fois , la serveuse nous envoi balader en nous parlant extrêmement mal au moment de nous dire au-revoir (en débarrassant notre table) comme si on était de trop et qu'elle nous faisait comprendre qu'on la déranger beaucoup.... Très frustrant... Je ne reviendrai JAMAIS ! Pourtant je venais souvent mais la c'est trop... Je peux comprendre qu'il y est un peu d'attente quand c'est le rush mais la c'était de l'abus et il n'y avait pas que...
