A fantastic hidden little treasure that you definetely have to visit if you are close to Anglet / Biarritz. The crew is extremely friendly, it feels like a big happy family business. To top it all of, they serve some of the best burgers I have ever eaten in my time. Burger meat made slightly medium like a good steak in combination with french bacon and cheese, which are both full in flavor, results in a full and fulfilling burger experience. Additionally, the restaurant offers water for free, so it is friendly to all HydroHomies out there! Très bon mais ça fait 3 fois qu’on vient et 3 fois qu’on attend 30min avant d’être servis, ce que nous trouvons tout de même relativement long pour seulement 2 burgers.. L’endroit est sympa mais les tables sont vraiment mal agencées, un coup nous nous retrouvons à l’entrée du restaurant avec la porte qui s’ouvre sans arrêt alors qu’il fait 4°C dehors et hier nous avons été placés au fond du restaurant mais à côté de personnes que nous ne connaissions pas (les tables étaient à à peine 10cm de distance, nous avions l’impression de manger avec eux), ce qui fait qu’il n’y a aucune intimité, dommage d’avoir voulu caler le maximum de tables possibles dans le restaurant, à défaut de rendre l’expérience client un peu moins agréable.. Dernier point que je trouve important, le sundae à la vanille coulis Nutella qui n’a absolument aucun goût de Nutella, dans ce cas là autant écrire « coulis chocolat » car quand on souhaite du Nutella, on s’attend à avoir du Nutella..
