So this is a weird one for me because I’ve tried their burgers and (aside from being a bit overdone) they are as good as one could hope for.

The issue is, my companion for the dinner was vegan, so we ordered the vegan entree and they got the vegan main and that’s where the issues began. First the vegan starter was missing stuff from the menu. Not too bad, but when we pointed that out, and asked if we could substitute that, they actually tried to argue before we checked the menu. Fine, we got the food forget it. But then the mains came and as I say, the burger was lovely. But the vegan one. Oh god the vegan one. It was inedible - nothing could be tasted but the salt - not the umami from the soy sauce, but the salt. They returned the dish, feeling bad for me having to pay for that and the waiters tried to point out that we just don’t know what Asian cuisine is and that it’s inherently salty. It is true that between us, we’ve only visited Korea, China, Japan and Indonesia, so we don’t know what all the Asian cuisine taste like, but we do know what a bad plate of noodles are and we do know that that’s not a way to treat a guest.

Honestly, just remove the vegan options bc you obviously don’t care about them, make sure your staff is courteous to the tourists and 4-5 stars are yours because as I said - the normal food was wonderful.
