One of the best places in Loire Valley . The hospitality of the restaurant's staff created a truly delightful dining . Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone seeking a remarkable culinary journey. Stareters: The scallops were perfectly seared in the indescribable sauce and the snails in a creamy sauce were a delightful combination of flavors and textures.

For the main course, the duck breast was a standout. Cooked to perfection, it was tender and juicy, with a rich, savory flavor. The fish dish, with its crispy exterior and tender, succulent interior, paired wonderfully with the light and foamy dressed risotto, creating a harmonious blend of tastes and sensations.

Superbe expérience ! La carte est très variée, de quoi satisfaire absolument tous les goûts (viandards, végétariens, vegans...), tout en gardant d'excellents produits, frais, savoureux et cuisinés avec un vrai talent. En regardant les photos et commentaires, j'avais craint que ce soit un peu guindé, pas du tout, le personnel est d'une gentillesse et prévenance rare, et il y a une terrasse entourée de verdure, au frais, très agréable. Mention spéciale pour l'Ile Flottante, légendaire, et présentée comme une petite pièce montée, très originale (c'est notre dessert préféré, alors on s'y connait !). On l'a tellement aimée qu'on nous en a offert une deuxième, cela ne nous était jamais arrivé dans un restaurant. Merci...
