Restaurant Les Burgers d’Annie is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by super friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and the fact that the restaurant is air-conditioned is a huge plus, especially in a region where it’s nearly impossible to find. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Vegetarian Burger – it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked, it’s a must-try for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, Les Burgers d’Annie is the place to go. Delicious food, fantastic service, and a cool, relaxing environment make this restaurant a standout. I can’t recommend it enough.

Staff stated they only had one gluten free dish, which is a bit limited, but I appreciated their confidence in it, and I'm always up for a risotto anyway. When they brought out the plate, I thankfully didn't dig in straight away because within a few minutes they came back apologising, as they added something for decorative purposes that had gluten 😅 (the black thing in the photo). Anyway, they substituted it with a completely new risotto, which I appreciated, and the risotto was actually really lovely!

Very cute restaurant. We were on a Viator trip to see the Loire Valley castle and our guide brought us here for lunch, so considering there were 25-30 people stopping all at the same time, the service was VERY quick. However, definitely tourist spot. A bit pricey for the food you get. We asked for tap water (in French) and they tried pretty hard to get us to agree to bottled water. But overall, a nice place for a cute lunch experience.

I arrived to the restaurant with my family to have a nice dinner together, and I was surprised from that unpleasant meal. It’s supposed to be a burger restaurant that specialized in hamburgers and quality meat and it’s definitely not. The fries arrived, super greasy and overdone, and my dad got tiny bits of potatoes that looked like they came from a bottom of frozen bag while The patty of the burger was unseasoned. We also ordered the fish and risotto and the risotto was undercooked and still raw. My mother ordered a veggie plate which I can tell you was a joke. For €18 You expect to get more than just a few chunks of tomato, lettuce leaves with a few drops of hummus. When we told the waitress about the raw risotto, she was nice though, and suggested that we pick another option from the menu. Overall, the restaurant is overpriced compared to what you get and I will definitely not visit again. Sorry guys you need...

This was our worst experience in France. Our tour guide recommended it as an option when we visited the town only for a few hours. The moment we walked in and greeted them with bonjour apparently they could detect our American-ness. We are a friendly bunch! They wouldn’t let 7 of us sit together.. Split us up and there was a large table that would seat eight right next to us that was never seated during our stay. The hostess and waiter were extremely rude, let us know that they did not speak any English, and our food didn’t all match our orders. Some was burned, which seemed deliberate. Even trying to pay when we were leaving was a problem. The hostess was so rude and while we’re trying to pay, she answered the phone and spoke very cheerfully, then got off the phone and made faces at us and was just so unkind, it was shocking. After we paid, she said “thanks“ in a very snarky manner....

Très long.
