Unable to comment on food as I did not stay long enough to eat it. My young son who is a very fussy eater and does not eat what was on the menu come in to the shop with a pizza box to take back to the hotel. I had purchased from here totalling over 50 euros for my family (others with us so the total spent was much higher) and as my son took one quick bite from his pizza…anyone with children I'm sure understands ( I had already asked did they serve or could cook pizza and they said no) we were greeted with a very hostile worker who from the counter shouted at us about etiquette (ironic really). We all felt that uncomfortable and taken aback along with my young son I quickly left and was shortly followed by my husband and other son. I shall say no more other than if you value family friendly customer service then please do not eat here and dine at some of the other lovely local restaurants with an abundance of positive family friendly customer service. I had heard a lot about these burgers for a long time, and we finally decided to visit. It was packed, and we were debating whether to even go in since we were very hungry and the line was incredibly long. We decided to give it a try, and even though I’m not a big burger fan, I found it tasty. I even had a beer, which I usually don’t drink. The burgers came cold (which didn’t bother me), the staff was friendly, and since nothing else was open and we couldn’t find a place to buy cigarettes, the waiter even made us two cigarettes. I ordered a double oversize 2.0, just look at the picture! Look at it! That is the review in itself! The burgers are delicious, fresh, and bountiful. My friend ordered a plain hotdog so ignore that in the photo. The chips and chilli cheese bites were pleasant but the burger is enough. My friend also kept it simple with a cheese burger which he enjoyed.

Mine was quite messy, so I had to do the unthinkable and eat it with a knife and fork, which made me feel less of a man. So maybe order the oversize as a single patty.

The atmosphere is cool and trendy, and you'll get your face full of grill smoke as you go to sit upstairs...
