La Petite Crêperie — Restaurant in Bonneville

I've never given a 1 star review before. Our experience at this place was borderline terrible. Bad service and awful food. Minced meat in my wrap was undercooked, cold and still red. The new one I got was dripping with juices that were never drained. Next, the dessert I ordered (a crepe with honey) never arrived. First the waiter said he forgot what I had ordered (even though he was taking notes and repeated back the whole order), then kept saying it was coming any minute. We waited half an hour then decided to go the counter to cancel the dessert and pay for the rest of our order. We were given no apology or explanation of what had happened. Also, the waiter smoked a ciggerette with his work clothes on in the dining...

Have visited before and the Crepes are delicious and are of good quality however my last 2 visits were very disappointing. January 2019 I waited outside next to the takeaway window for a while. I held up my money and made it obvious I wanted a Crepe. Eventually they let us order after around 25 minutes.

I visited today and once again I had the same problem. I have been ignored again. They saw us and ignored us. It is beginning to become tedious. I have ordered outside before so I know it’s possible. Very poor as I expect better from a Crêperie that charges an incredible amount for a crepe.

I expect more and want more done to help...

I never felt so uncomfortable in a restaurant, if you don't speak French they are going to act as you were a ghost. Really bad faces towards tourist. We waited 20 minutes to be able to order to drink and the restaurant was half empty. Half an hour later it was our time to order our dinner, food came 20 min after ordering. Do yourself a favor and don't ruin your holidays, never felt this...
