We had a great reception at this restaurant at the start ..The food is good and some of the staff are very hospitable. The refurbishment is excellent and the view of Mont Blanc is just breathtaking . I lost my son and found him for two hours prior to comming in for the 3 rd time in one week.. in need for some comfort, food and drink.. took my time to order as l was having all the cuddles from my babie .. asked to charge my phone ao p can order and pay with it..at that time l didn’t order the 5 cours menu she expect me to get , her answer was so rude . NO and spoken about me to her collègue and l could hear it.. saying that l am not spending and no favore should be given!!! This lady fanette was trying to imitate her master « fanny « which is her boss .. her bosse is Professional very caring , she should do her boss a favour and résigne as she is clearly in the wrong place .. maybe she just needed to get her money without the great service that everyone is hopping to get in such a place ..( Funny Gd luck!! l know it’s not easy to deal with staff behaving in that manner . Staff is generally nice but ridiculously overwhelmed at lunch time. Even off peak, they have no idea customers are there (or interest in serving customers?). Food is ok if a little pricey (and meat is generally undercooked so go one up from your usual - order medium (a point) for medium rare, etc). Never ever again. Rudest owner I've seen. We sit down by the windows for drinks, she orders us (without the slightest hospitality) to move to the back tables as these are for lunch.
