A restaurant for me is about the food and the client experience. I made a mistake when I made the reservation and ended up not having dinner there. I was however quite disappointed that even after being honest about the mistake, and speaking to them, they still decided to charge 100€ per person as a penalty on us for making the wrong reservation.
