Bibibap - Boca — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Very disappointed, when the bimibap arrived. The ingredients aren't fresh and I am missing the white rice. The egg isn't fried and has an odd colour...

The menu states that they serve black rice with a secret sauce... I am missing the sauce and flavour in all the ingredients. Stick with the traditional white rice and serve fresh ingredients. I counted four cooks in the kitchen (I could be wrong), one can grate the daikon fresh, one prepare mushrooms in pan with soy sauce etc.

I have eaten bimibap before with two cooks in the kitchen, serving about 15 people. Every ingredient is freshly prepared and rice is scooped from a rice cooker. So the rice is never served cold!

Worst part of all (apart from the half not so great boiled egg) are the dumplings. The folds are not wel done in the dumpling, making the dough tough. And they are filled with a sausage instead of minced/diced meat and vegetables. The dumplings weren't warm either.

All the dishes we ordered weren't served and prepared as they should. We were the only ones in de restaurant and I saw about 4...

Bibibap Bordeaux – A Tasty Surprise with a Korean Twist ✌️

Had a lovely meal here with my kids and didn’t expect to be this pleasantly surprised. Bibibap serves classic Korean comfort food, and their twist? They use black rice for their bibimbap. A flavorful and healthy upgrade that gives the dish a whole new dimension.

Every dish was well prepared, full of fusion flavor, and nicely balanced. The kimchi had a proper kick, the KFC was crispy and satisfying, and the pancake was deliciously savory.

Service was quick and the staff were genuinely kind. I had a little chat with them and they were so sweet! it added a personal touch that made the experience feel even better.

Wasn’t sure what to expect walking into what looked like a franchise, but it turned out to be a great choice. If you’re craving Korean food in Bordeaux, Bibibap delivers solid flavor...

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT HOT FOOD!! It’s quite expensive! I ordered 2 of bibimbab,one fried chicken rice bowl and sweet potato and all of my foods were so cold! Rice,mushrooms,vegetables,meats, nothing hot and fried chicken rice bowl, the chicken looks like they fried it yesterday morning, COLD Shred chicken meat with cold rice and a lot of mayo sauce on top. I couldn’t finish anything that I ordered, everything here is so bad. This will be the worst Korean...
