I must share my disappointing experience.

The food quality was subpar, far from exceptional. However, what truly stood out was the appalling attitude of the staff.

For the price of 26-28 euros per person, one would expect a decent dining experience. However, this was not the case. Despite the buffet-style setup where you're supposed to order as you please, the reality was far from it.

Upon being presented with a menu to choose from, the portions served were disappointingly small. It seemed that the staff made a deliberate effort to delay orders, often retreating to the kitchen and taking an unreasonable amount of time to bring out the food. Furthermore, if you dared to place another order, you were met with condescending remarks reminiscent of a boss scolding an employee.

While I understand the importance of minimizing food wastage, the lack of respect shown towards the patrons was appalling. Dining at [Restaurant Name] felt more like begging for scraps rather than enjoying a meal. With the same amount of money, there are countless other establishments where one can dine with dignity and respect.

It's disheartening to see such poor treatment being accepted by some patrons, especially when it comes to a culinary experience as culturally rich as hotpot. Personally, I will not be returning to this place and certainly cannot recommend it to...

Bad experience.

We have few friends eating together, 4 arrived, 2 on the way. The owner doesn’t allow the 4 to order, as he said all 6 should be onsite for ordering, which make no sense as we eat separately.

They have only 4 sauces, which is far from a normal hotpot - SaTé, coriander, spring onion, seafood sauce, … I believe the owner know what’s proper for a HotPot, but they don’t offer them. The vegetables are fresh and nice. The meat is not good enough.

The table is slippy, as the hotpot is on the table and quite hot, it’s really dangerous.

Serving attitude: insane. I felt being badly treated, and I cannot believe my eyes. Will never go again, and not recommend anyone...

The most HORRIBLE Chinese hotpot restaurant that I've ever seen in my life! when I tried to find the restroom I saw the kitchen in the back was FULL OF TRASH not only in the ground but also on the table! The boss saw me asked me to get out with EXTREMELY BAD ALTITUDE, then I argued with her that she shouldn't provide the food to customer under this environment, she was even tried to PUCH me! I'm so regret that I forget to take a pic of their kitchen in order to report it, if you are smart, NEVER go to...
