Pizzeria la mama — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Quite an embarrassing experience over there. Didn't really appreciated. First I did book a table in the outside, which when we arrived was not reserved. We almost missed it even if we came 10 minutes earlier the booking as requested. The food was not amazing but okay, and the dessert looked like they were frozen and pre heated. The staff was not very nice beside the girls, and with all the comments he did, just for this I won't come back again. As for the check bill, he basically accused my friend to not have paid him for everything, even though he admitted having a problem with the machine and even if we calculated all together. Restaurant agréable, intérieur calme et tamisé, on s'entendait parlé sans écho et pouvions nous détendre, température de la pièce très confortable.

Mon plat une "salade 🥗 Aquila" : Salade mélangée, 🍅 tomates, mozzarella, Aubergines 🍆 grillées, Bruchetta tomates , poivrons, pécorino et tapenade, anchois marinés.

J'ai fais remplacé les anchois (trop salé pour moi) par du saumon sans aucun problème.

La tarine : fromage blanc saumon très fraîche, bonne. Aubergines 🍆 grillées délicieusement fraîches !

Salade verte et tranche de citron 🍋 delieuses et quelques tranches de tomates fines delicieuces et fraîches également ! Poivron marinés, émincés et revenus, très bons.

Pecorino et tapenade pas trouvés.

Une petite déception sur la "bruchetta tomates" 🍅 🍅 🍅 simplement garnie de sauce tomate heureusement gratinée au parmesan délicieux 😋 mais pas de tranche de tomates á intégrées á l'intérieur de la Bruchetta, dommage.

Des difficultés pour manger, car la salade est servie dans une assiette aux bord montant très hauts sur les cerclage un peu comme un moule à gâteau en terre cuite. Pas évident du tout pour tranchee la salade avec les couverts, ni pour trancher la tartine et la bruccheta avecew couverts.

ils mettent un peu trop de temps pour distribuer la carte, prendre la commande et également pour servir.

Mais, les plats sont délicieux, et ici ils servent du perrier tranche 👍 (car ce n'est malheureusement plus le cas partout ! Badoit fines bulles bien trop souvent maintenant !)

En revanche, l"accueil reste très agréable.

Conclusion : rapport qualité/prix malgré quelques bémols, mais endroit agréable et chaleureux, les prix restent dans la tranche normal actuelle et raisonnables, car les produits sont frais et travaillés de manière fine et excellente, unebelle énergie positive et très agréable de toute l'équipe !

Friendly staff, but I was the unfortunate victim of wanting menu items that were no longer available. When they said they could make my original pizza, I was excited! But it came out as a regular cheese pizza, with the other toppings literally in different piles on top of the pizza. It was not spread, nor could it be spread, as the other topping piles occupied other real estate. Maybe this is some artistic choice, but functionally it fails hard. The location is also quite nice. Not so noisy, on a quieter alley. Fix whatever that pizza situation is, and this turns into a 4/4.5 star...
