Starbucks Victor Hugo Bordeaux — Restaurant in Bordeaux

Me and my boyfriend went here on a very hot day and we ordered the tropical coconut and the pink coconut refreshment. Ones we had paid we were told that they were out of coconutmilk but that they could make it with water and syrup, which to me is very much not the same. They said we could choose another drink, so I took the lime refreshment, but this one was also not available. Let me point out that they first had us order and pay and afterwards they told us it was not available. There was nobody else in the store at that time so it couldn’t have been a mixup. Positive points: Very nice and friendly staff. Good location as well. Plenty of seats.

Negative points: the indoor seating area is quite dirty and the furniture really needs to be revamped. The coffee doesn’t taste good. I ordered an iced American black coffee, but I got something cold but with no ice at all. The chocolate cake is very dry, in big portion though. The food is literally the worst I’ve ever tasted from Starbucks in the world. It’s edible and I can finish but this really fell below my standards for Starbucks (and I don’t hold it high).
