Sushi DOZO Bordeaux — Restaurant in Bordeaux

This is a great little sushi place! We ordered the Poki, which was fantastic, and two of the salmon-based roll combos. Their rice seemed to have a subtle umami to it and I suspect that they're using something more than rice vinegar and sweetener on their rice. Whatever they're doing it's good!

Excellent. Nous sommes pourtant exigeants, surtout vu la multiplication des restaurants japonais. Les plats sont excellents et on sent un vrai travail sur les produits. L'emplacement est bon, mais attention, même si le service sur place est super; à l'intérieur il fait un peu chaud (cuisines) et il y a peu de place. Les prix sont un peu élevés, certes, mais au moins on a le sentiment de payer la préparation et pas uniquement l'enseigne, ou l'emplacement... PS : Les détails, la déco, les ustensiles etc. sont révélateurs des efforts et du serieux des choix de gestion. Je recommande !

EDIT 2022: Nous avons commandé makis,sushis,sashimis,brochettes,soupes et salades pour le réveillon. Le service, la fraîcheur, le rapport qualité-prix, la quantité et le goût ont été au top. Généreux sur les sauces, livraison nickel. Un packaging moins plastique serait la cerise sur le gâteau.
