La Factory Burger — Restaurant in Boulogne-Billancourt

The Burger was OK but the overall experience (Burger, Coke, desert) was a bit overpriced.

The service was fast, unfortunately they did a mistake that finally we had to pay for it. They brought us a wrong plate, we informed them about that and they brought us pretty fast the correct one. Additionally, they denied politely to take the wrong plate back.

We found that profecional and we continued our lunch. Finally, on the payment they charged us that extra plate... The problem was not the charge (we was large company and the mistake was almost the 1/30 of the total cost) but we felt very uncomfortable when we explained to them the situation and they told us "we can not do something about that, once you took both plates on your table."

Probably one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had. The patty tasted stale, the fries were clearly refried and lacked any crispness, and the sauce was bland with absolutely no flavor.
