Le Tripura — Restaurant in Brest

What a wonderful Indian restaurant! The owner was wearing professional attire, and was 100% willing to help an American make a wise dinner selection. Sometimes it is comforting to know you are in good hands while traveling far from your local stops. Also, this restaurant is right next to a grocery store for after dinner wine, beer, juice, croissants, coffee, creme fraiche allege (that's American for half and half by the way- you might want to write that down), etc. Tomorrow comes early....

The wait staff was attentive and the food was excellent. We were going to order a kebab for our four year old, but the waiter suggested something less spicy and it was the right choice. We ordered lamb tikka, chicken curry, naans and thali. The lamb tikka was very tasty, The mint chutney, mixed pickle was beyond expectations. The chicken curry was tasty but gravy was less.
