The staff were nice but I have to say I am very very disappointed with the burger.

A friend recommended O’Local’s signature burger which wins a price of one of the best burger in town. The black bun was ok but not too much outstanding. The burger meat was a total disaster. I guess the chief was cooking seafood/fish before my beef but didn’t really clean the pan properly, all my beef burger tasted nothing but seafood/fish which wasn’t a really good combination. The sauce wasn’t gravy enough but relatively dry. Overall, I would say the burger is way way overrated!

What a beautiful story of how you win your prize. Thank you so much for acknowledging me about your recipe which was written on the menu which I have read it before taking my order. And showing me how proud you are about your wining burger. Oh, just thought you should know that seaweed is a really common food I ate very often for more than 30 years since my childhood.

Clearly I have no clue of how beef nor how seaweed taste like from your restaurant but hey don’t worry, I learned this lesson after...

We ordered vegetarian nuggets (even had some talk about the pronunciation of végétaux) and we got the chicken nuggets!! Not even taken from the tap in the end... Also the veggie burgers were not that tasty.

Reply to owner: We visited the restaurant. The waitress took our order wrongly. As said we ordered the vegetaux nuggets and we were even discussing the pronounciation (why would we do that if we would not order them?). Especially when it comes to dietary needs/wishes one would assume a restaurant is...

En couple avec un enfant, nous avons appelé pour réserver mais c’était le répondeur. Nous tentons donc de venir directement sur place. Par chance, il n’y a qu’une vingtaine de personnes. Un serveur peu souriant nous prend en charge et nous installe. Il lui aura fallu presque 1/2 heure pour venir prendre notre commande. Le service n’est pas optimisé, le serveur ne cesse de faire des allers retours. Nous recevons nos boissons (la citronnade est hyper sucrée et nous cherchons encore le goût de citron. Imbuvable et même pas fraîche !) Perdant patience au bout d’une heure, mon conjoint décide d’aller voir le serveur qui lui dit qu’il y a « un peu d’attente ». À croire que nous n’avons pas la même notion d’un peu….nous patientons encore quelques minutes et constatons que les personnes arrivées juste avant nous n’ont toujours pas été servies. Nous prenons donc la décision de partir. À la caisse, un autre couple avait également décidé de partir sans manger… la dame nous dit que le serveur devait indiquer qu’il y avait de l’attente. Ce qui n’a pas été fait. Elle n’a même pas eu l’amabilité de nous offrir les boissons que nous n’avons pas finies et ne s’est pas excusée.
