Bistrot montagnard — Restaurant in Briançon

We went there tonight as a group of friends. Initially, everything was fine but the waiter who spoken to us seems quite tipsy from the beginning. It was nice that they prepared a table for a such a group in 15 minutes without booking. And that was it! We ordered drinks for all of us and sat down. Then, we noticed that the man in question was drinking shots with every table. One by one. We were waiting for around 15 minutes when suddenly he came to us started getting roudy, explaining himself for his "cheerful" behaviour as his daughter was born 4 days ago. Finally, we proceed to our order. Some of us decided to order starters first and others went for a main dishes. He then started to pursue us into ordering starters his way and did not like the idea to serve everything in the same time. He then said to us, we can leave if we did not like it that way. We tried to complete our order when he became loud and interrupting and suddenly out of nowhere he started shouting at us to leave! What was the nail to the coffin was him shouting at us that he made all this effort for us and we only came to have a snack and we had no money! I asked for a bill for the drinks, €84, which was paid and we left. Other customers looked disturbed and I could see they were very uncomfortable. As we were leaving a female waiter was very apologetic and confirmed the male waiter was drunk! We felt very sorry for her but we left furious, thinking how such a person could possibly be working in apparently top restaurant in the area! I would like an owner of this restaurant to contact me and discuss...

I ordered ribs, paid 30 euros and it was burnt!

I tried hard to eat, but it was impossible, after I told the waiter he took the food to the chef who confirmed that it was burnt, but said I would have to pay anyway because I ate a big part of the food.

I just arrived home and I'm having a piece of bread and prosciutto, because I didn't eat anything.

I don't recommend the food, if you still try and they deliver something burnt, don't eat!

Oh... Those french fries aren't sweet potato, they are regular potato, also burnt.
