Restaurant La Feuille — Restaurant in Brive-la-Gaillarde

An unusual discovery in Brive town center, tested during Saint valentine's day. The environment is well decorated but a bit cold. The food and the warm welcome however compensated for it.

I've eaten only once in Armenia and I found very little differences in the proposed food, which for the night was on a fixed menu. A bit expensive, but after all it was a celebration day, so I don't expect any other restaurant to be cheaper than a 32 euro per person for a three meal course.

The service was overall a bit slow, but it's understandable with just one waiter in charge of everything.

Very warm people and great food ! We were very happy with the young couple owning this restaurant. Food is really good and on the russian/armenian specialities.

The lunch menu was combined for two so we only had to pay 50 euros for a three meal course for 2 persons ! Very attractive and honest pricing !

C'est simple, si je retourne à Brive, je m'arrête au restaurant La Feuille. J'y allais par hasard pour un RV pro en me disant que ce serait l'occasion de découvrir la cuisine arménienne. Plus qu'une découverte, un réel plaisir ! Pour dire : lorsque nous avions quasiment fini notre plat, le gérant est venu nous ramener 2 belles tranches de bon pain, étonnant non ? En réalité, il savait déjà que nous n'allions pas résister à saucer notre assiette ... et il avait raison, nous avons cassé les codes de la bienséance pour nettoyer notre assiette au point qu'elle aurait pu resservir au prochain client.
