Had the worst experience ever in this place today whilst on holiday in Argeles. My husband, son and I called in for refreshments and possibly a light lunch depending on the menu. We chose a seat and were eventually given menus after about ten minutes. After deciding we did not fancy any of the food we ordered drinks and were sitting enjoying our refreshments. The man in charge came over to our table and starting shouting at us aggressively in French in full view off all other customers; stating (what we assumed was) that we should not be having drinks only - these tables are for customers having food. He was LOUD, RUDE and ABUSIVE and totally humiliated us in front of the whole restaurant (everyone had now turned around to watch his display). He continued to repeat himself whilst banging on the table. NEVER EVER in my life have I experienced such appalling customer service and I work in that industry. Furthermore, we believe we were targeted because we were tourists who spoke poor French, as there were other people sitting having refreshments without food; but were not subjected to the abuse we received from this man. Nous étions 10 à table. Pour commencer, que ce soit la sangria Blanche ou rouge avis globale d’une sangria très coupé à l’eau ! Très peu d’entre nous ont fini leur verre. Quelques un d’entre nous ont pu émettre des critiques sur des plats insuffisamment chaud ou des ingrédients réchauffés! Pour ma part un plat commandé de moules au chorizo, Première fournée avec des moules tièdes et mal cuite, celles-ci ont été changé sans difficulté pour un nouveau plat avec des moules très cuites et du coup beaucoup de coquilles vides. Demande d’une troisième fournée qui a fait sortir le patron de sa taverne, Le ton est monté car celui-ci ne pouvait pas comprendre son erreur, il était convaincu que je cherchais à le gruger Pour obtenir des moules en plus!! Il m’a ramené une troisième fournée que je n’ai quasiment pas touché, on peut comprendre que l’appétit m’est plutôt été coupé. Concernant le personnel, rien à dire, ils étaient plutôt gênés de l’attitude irrespectueuse du patron. Hemos tenido una pésima experiencia en este restaurante. De hecho, no hemos llegado a comer allí, ya que el trato es horrible! Nos hemos sentado a comer en familia y después de ver la carta durante un rato, hemos avisado al camarero con mucha educación y con una sonrisa que ya nos habíamos decidido. Entonces se ha acercado y nos ha gritado de malas maneras diciendo que tenía muchas mesas que atender, que nosotros estábamos de vacaciones y que tuviéramos paciencia. Si esto mismo lo hubiera dicho de manera educada, lo hubiéramos entendido sin problema, pero nos ha gritado, todo el mundo se ha girado a mirarnos y nos ha tratado realmente mal. Entonces, le he dicho de manera correcta que no me ha gustado como nos ha hablado y se ha puesto como una furia, gritando aún más y directamente nos ha echado. Esto demuestra una gran falta de educación y poca profesionalidad para estar de cara al público, pero viendo el resto de comentarios negativos, veo que es una opinión general, así que, solo puedo recomendar que NO VAYÁIS!!
