I came here after a long day of Normandy Beach exploration and I do not regret it! We have been traveling Europe for the month and I can honestly say this place has some of the best pasta I have had in any country, even Italy! The pasta is al dente and a perfect consistency and the four cheese sauce is so flavorful and rich, but not over powering.As a pasta bar, the service is simply unmatched; you can literally create any kind of pasta you want and it is guaranteed to be excellent. I found myself thinking about this pasta even after we left France. What made the experience even better was the pasta stand's owner, a young entrepreunrial man who clearly has a passion for hospitality and quality food. He was so friendly, funny, engaging, helpful, and warm and made us feel very welcome in France.
