Tata Bánh — Restaurant in Caen

Lucky us!! My husband & I were walking past Tata Bánh and were immediately excited by the thought of some Asian flavours. So we ordered the Bò Bún poulet and Sandwich Bánh-mi boeuf to take away. Both were absolutely divine. Deliciousness in every mouthful with fresh authentic flavours. Generous on quantity but not missing quality. Vietnamese food this good outside of Vietnam could only have been a dream. À la base je viens d’un quartier asiatique à Paris où il y a bcp de restaurants de Banh mi donc je connais pas mal et j’ai été super contente de voir qu’un d’entre eux avait ouvert ici à Caen !! J’y suis allée 2 fois, le banh mi est bon, au niveau des saveurs on y est par contre je trouve qu’il est TROP garni !! Je ne pensais pas me plaindre de ça un jour mais ça le rend carrément difficile à manger pour moi, trop de carottes (la viande finit par tomber du sandwich dans le sachet) et trop de sauce !! Elle est bonne hein mais au bout de 10 minutes le pain devient vraiment trop imbibé de sauce, commence à se désagréger, la sauce fuit et quand on le mange il est super humide.
