Je suis le chef pizzaiolo napolitain qui a fait l’ouverture de la nouvelle gérance L’ALTU en travaillant 7/7 midi et soir sans repos et sans reconnaissance. Je déconseille fortement cette endroit. La nouvelle gérance elle n’est pas correct et honnête avec ses salariés. Et la qualité a beaucoup changé mais en pire. Le nouveau gérant du restaurant il fait travailler les gens au black et il ne les payes pas et en plus à tout ça il arrive même à se bagarrer très violemment avec ses propre salariés et à les menacer et à les insulter d’une gravité jamais vue jamais vue au paravant. L’ambiance et conditions de vie sont vraiment terribles et invivables. Il promet à ses salariés qu’ils sont nourris et logé mais ils ne sont pas nourris et très mal logé. Il utilise les gens comme des esclaves et il ne les paye même pas. Dans un mois et demi d’ouverture il a changé déjà 3 fois l’équipe. Ce qui compte pour la nouvelle gérance c est seulement l’argent, les salariés ils sont trop mal traité...
