Café Gourmandises — Restaurant in Digne-les-Bains

The food menu is not very long or diverse, but what is there is served perfectly and is extremely tasty. I had the Croque Monsieur and I was very happy. The products from the patisserie are works of art, both in terms of presentation and of the balance of flavors. The choice of drinks is very long and all of the ones my group and I tasted were of prime quality.

Keeping up this level of quality and a great atmosphere on top of that does great credits to the owners and managers of this establishment, who could very easily coast on the balcony with amazing view, which everyone would clamor to consume food or drinks from just for the photo op.

I strongly recommend Café Gourmandises and not just to get a cup of coffee or tea! The view is a plus, but the pastries and the excellent service are the real selling points...

The restaurant boasts an amazing location with the best terrace in town, offering stunning views and a perfect ambiance. The burger was incredibly tasty, loaded with an abundance of truffle, mouth-watering bacon, and rich cheese. The dessert was nothing short of fabulous – we ordered the cherry clafoutis with pistachio cream, and it was truly heaven on earth. The restaurant is managed by a delightful couple. The lady was exceptionally nice and friendly, and the chef, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, was equally kind. Their warmth and hospitality, coupled with their beaming smiles, made the experience unforgettable. I can't recommend this...

I recomend this place for a drink with cakes. Very delicious lemon tart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For the main caurse only two options burger with pork and black bread with olives both served with greed salad on a side.
