Un cheveu trouvé dans ma galette/crêpe. Ni remboursement ni geste commercial proposé. Attention à l’hygiène !

ÉDIT : Réponse à Crêp’eat Dijon Contrairement à ce qu’on vous sous-entendez, aucune excuse n’a été faite au moment de mon signalement. Votre employé a seulement confirmé la présence du long cheveu et m’a demandé si je voulais un remplacement de ma crêpe nordique à peine entamée.

Je suis très surpris face à votre incompréhension à l’égard de mon avis négatif. Face à mon refus de remplacement de la galette Nordique, la moindre des choses aurait été de me proposer autre chose en remplacement ou un remboursement du plat mis en cause. Un geste commercial aurait pu également aussi faire l’affaire. Concernant mon dessert commandé, j’ai seulement demandé le remboursement qui a été effectué.

C’est fort dommage qu’un client lambda doit vous rappeler les bases de la relation client.

Enfin, le jus d’orange pressé qui n’est pas totalement frais car déjà pressé et mis en carafe au réfrigérateur depuis un ou peut-être...
