I would like to tell you about my experience with this restaurant. Let's start with the waitress: Short-haired blonde lady in black dress which was killing us with a look when we came to the restaurant, moreover she was very unpleasant and she refused to speak English with us. But I have to tell, that the other waitresses- young ladies. Were very kind, helpful and made the enjoyment better. So this was about the servis, lets move to the food... I ordered the 30€ Rib steak with pepper sauce and Fries, unfortunately the semi-finished fries were the best part of the food. When I order a 30€ meal, I am expecting some quality and tasty food, the pepper sauce was (I am sorry for the word) disgusting, it had nothing common with sauce or pepper. The steak was dry, chewy and not much salted/peppered. I was little angry and told everything to the young ladies. I saw them telling it to the short haired lady( I guess she is head-waitress), unfortunately the head waitress did not tell me a word, just gave me the bill so I can pay and thats it. I really don't like that sort of people and I hope someone will tell the lady how to behave to the guests. And finally I hope that chef just...

Nous avions réservé pour 20h30. À notre arrivée, de nombreuses tables étaient occupées. Nous avons commandé nos boissons et notre nourriture. Au bout de 10 minutes, toutes les boissons n'étaient pas servies. Le serveur a dit que le reste suivrait. Dix minutes plus tard, nous n'avions toujours pas reçu le reste de nos boissons. J'en ai parlé à un membre du personnel, et après, seul un verre de vin a été apporté. La bouteille d'eau que j'avais commandée plus tôt n'était toujours pas arrivée, j'ai donc dû reparler à un serveur. Pendant ce temps, le restaurant était devenu assez calme, mais les tables étaient toujours sales. Les assiettes et les couverts de la plupart des tables n'ont été débarrassés que bien plus tard. Nous n'avons pas non plus reçu de sandwich, alors qu'il était sur presque toutes les autres tables et qu'on nous l'a rapporté. La nourriture était correcte. Nous avons demandé l'addition, et encore une fois, nous avons dû attendre, attendre, attendre (même s'il n'y avait pas encore beaucoup de clients). Nous nous sommes donc levés et sommes allés à la caisse. Une addition a été imprimée très rapidement. J'ai exprimé mon mécontentement au membre du personnel sur un ton amical. At first, the staff was very unpleasant and they didn’t speak English much with us. The restaurant looks good but the expectations were much more higher especially because of the price of the food.
