A Truly Dismal Lunch Experience. Edit: I don't know what group you're referring to given we were 6 people but based on how you treat your customers, "respect" was not something close to what we experienced. I wouldn't be surprised if this is how you treat other customers. I'm also sure we would have had a better time in McDonald's, which reflects much more poorly on you than you think it does. ---- My recent lunch outing was nothing short of a disaster, leaving me utterly frustrated and thoroughly unimpressed. From start to finish, the restaurant demonstrated a shocking lack of competence and customer care. The ordeal began with our order being incorrectly taken, a basic error that immediately set a negative tone. What's worse, for those with dietary needs, there were zero milk alternatives available, an inexcusable oversight in this day and age. It's baffling that a restaurant would be so unprepared for common allergies. The service, or lack thereof, only compounded our woes. Dishes arrived at completely different times, meaning some of our party were practically finished before others even saw their food. This staggered delivery was made even more infuriating by the agonizing 45-minute wait for our meals to appear. When they finally did, it was clear quality was not a priority; my egg whites were disgustingly undercooked, a sign of pure sloppiness in the kitchen. To top it all off, the staff displayed a complete unwillingness to accommodate our larger group, offering no assistance whatsoever in moving chairs to seat us together. It was as if they couldn't be bothered. Frankly, this was a profoundly disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place in the slightest. Save your time, money, and sanity – eat somewhere else.

A very pleasant crêperie by the beautiful Port of Dinan. The young people serving were very friendly and the menus are also available in English. The food was good and the cider was served traditionally in a bowl. We might have underestimated how filling the galettes are... but it was very good, and we enjoyed the pleasant surroundings and great food. I definitely recommend it and don't understand some of the negative comments.

Visited this restaurant with my kids. The food was decent, but the service was rude and unwelcoming, which unfortunately isn’t surprising when dining out with children. I usually compensate by ordering enough to justify the space we occupy, our bill came to 85 euros. When paying, I told the barman he could take 90, but he sneakily gave me just 5 euros back of my 100. I didn’t expect this dishonesty and only realized the shortchange after double checking.

Overall, the place itself is great, but beware of the staff taking advantage of you. Pay by card and skip the tip. Politeness from customers is evidently not...
