A bad experience. We were very disappointed. Two older ladies served food but when I asked to replace a dull knife with a shaper one, she told they didn't have any... which is obviously a lie. The entrecôte tasted very good, but it was impossible to cut in a normal way. A friend at the table showed how to sharpen a knife on the back of another knife, that worked and it was day and night difference, then I was able to eat properly and enjoy the entrecôte. His wife ordered trout but that was replaced by salmon. It was agreed and mentioned beforehand, The the way it was cooked was an insult to both the customer and to the fish who had to die for it. A dull taste, the pine seeds were not roasted at all and tasteless... all clearly a rushed job. When we mentioned this to one of the two old waitresses, she pretended to be sorry, didn't take the time to listen to the complaint and walked away. A clear lack of respect for a customer. We came in this restaurant a few times before due to its location near the canal, but this was probably...

When we came they told us it was 'complet'. So we decided to wait, because our girls wanted crepes and we secretly longed for them too. So no dinner, just dessert. We got four lovely crepes. C'est fantastique. But when I looked around I saw really 'manifique' looking burgers. Maybe one day we will go back to Dole, not for Dole it self, but just to try the burgers at la Demi Lune. Merci pour un bon fin...
