The most genuine and authentic place to eat and relax, very popular with the locals and wine producers themselves. The waitresses were so kind and accommodating, especially as we did not have a reservation on both the days we went! It was so good we had to go back by the way! Help yourself buffet style for the starter and 1 main option, with a delicious dessert which is optional. Wednesdays they do a dedicated vegetarian menu which was also delicious. Everything was delicious by the way, and very generous portions. I would recommend to book a table but they also have a big sharing table, or maybe they will even squeeze you in at the bar! Love this place. You really need to book because it's super busy every day, even in the winter, and I'm not surprised.

It really is like stepping into someone's house for lunch, as cliché as it sounds. One generous dish that changes daily, with a table of little entreés, including a cocote of soup warming on an aga, that you can help yourself to.
